Tranquil Temple, Yumasa at Mt. Mohu
You will have an unusual
experience if you arrive at Yumasa Temple
via a quiet mountain road. Yumasa Temple
has a cool stream and thick woods and
you can enjoy the serenity of the temple
because few tourists stop here. It is
located at 321 Yuma-ri, Nam-myeon, Hwasun.
Hyeryeon Stupa stands on the entrance.
Its shape is a typical octagon with
excellent carving and the component
ratio and was built in the early Goryeo
Dynasty. It is Treasure No. 1116.
